As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Providing therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
• Monitoring client progress closely and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Documenting client sessions and maintaining accurate records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on advancements in mental health practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach to cater to their unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing individual therapy.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices and familiarity with EHR systems.
