What are Remote H1B Software jobs?

Remote H1B Software jobs refer to software development or engineering positions that allow employees to work remotely while being sponsored under the H1B visa program in the United States. These roles require the employer to sponsor the candidate’s H1B visa, enabling skilled foreign workers to work legally in the U.S. Many tech companies offer remote work opportunities due to the growing demand for flexible work arrangements. However, H1B workers must comply with specific work location requirements, and employers must report the employee's work address to USCIS.
