This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring you remain connected with your clients through teletherapy. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing telehealth platforms that facilitate secure and confidential interactions.
• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, using comprehensive clinical assessments and therapeutic methodologies.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Create therapeutic interventions that promote healthier emotional and behavioral patterns, integrating skills training and coping strategies.
• Document session notes and client progress accurately to comply with organizational policies and best practices in clinical documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in the fields of marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to discuss client progress and therapeutic approaches, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.

Our clients represent a diverse cross-section of the community, dealing with various challenges including relationship issues, parenting concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from different backgrounds and age groups, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet their unique needs. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current LMFT license in California, with a clean and active standing.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, working directly with individuals, families, and couples.
• Demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy practices, with familiarity in utilizing various telehealth platforms effectively.
• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar approaches is highly desired.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
