Remote Structure Details

  • This position is structured as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
  • You will be required to provide your own computer, monitors, and headset.
  • You will be required to have a wired internet connection with speeds able to support our systems.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Start your day with an energizing Daily Team Huddle and training session.
  • Make outbound calls, handle inbound calls, and run appointments with potential clients and provide custom tailored health insurance solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales.
  • Ensure that every client has an amazing experience by being positive, attentive, and helpful.
  • Continue to develop your sales skills and industry knowledge through our in house daily training.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Medicare Insurance Phone Sales Experience Required! This role requires a successful tract record in Medicare Insurance Pone Sales that can be documented. References will be requested.
  • Current Insurance Health License Required! This role requires applicants to currently have a Health Insurance license in good standing.
  • We love positivity and energy! If youre someone who brings unrelenting optimism and a can-do attitude to everything you do, we want to hear from you. Youll be on the phone all day helping customers, so you must love connecting with people and have a knack for turning every conversation into an opportunity.
