DC Students Transportation is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Operations Manager to support the Managing Director with the day to day operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, communicating with families, and helping build efficient business systems.

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for parents, schools, and prospective clients while assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, marketing initiatives, and operational planning. You will work closely with the Managing Director to help ensure transportation services are delivered professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of DC Students Transportation.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and parent inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with prospective families.
  • Coordinate communication with schools and community partners.
