About the Account Manager (French Speaking)- ExxonMobil:
The National Account Sold To Account Manager will drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction across automotive national accounts. This role combines relationship development, execution of headquarter level account strategies, effective pipeline management, and operational excellence with complex, multi-step processes.
Location: US - Remote
What Will You Do?
  • Develop and implement headquarter account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions and share back with client.
  • Meet and exceed annual and quarterly performance KPIs.
  • Ensure contract, pricing, credit, accounts receivable, and offer standards are consistently applied across accounts.
  • Manage pipeline development and opportunity progression for high-value accounts.
  • Drive strategic negotiations and escalation for complex deals.
  • Ensure SLA and Standard Operating Procedure expectations are followed and met.
  • Build and maintain strong headquarter relationships with key automotive national accounts
  • Ensure a world class customer experience with prompt issue escalation, communication, and resolution.
  • Drive engagement and strategic interactions with channel partners.
  • Represent client at customer meetings and limited industry events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, etc.) to support sales and account maintenance execution.
  • Monitor and optimize use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and account management.
  • Incorporate supply chain considerations into sales planning and execution
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards

What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • Strong experience in B2B sales. Experience in the finished lubricants/oil & gas industries a plus
  • Fluent in French both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with and managing complex accounts at a headquarter level to achieve revenue/margin targets
  • Experience in managing contracts, pricing, negotiation, and enforcing terms when necessary
  • Knowledge of industrial, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex, multi-step process to completion
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to think critically and translate market insights into actionable strategies

Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD
The hourly pay range for this position is between $26.44 and $28.85 USD. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
