• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring that each client receives tailored support.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that drive positive client outcomes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health are addressed.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, promoting their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the quality of care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, adhering to state regulations and organizational policies, which is essential for compliance and ongoing evaluation.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Calm Spring Counseling Group, you will engage primarily with adolescents and young adults who are seeking assistance in navigating various mental health challenges. All clients will have been pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity, allowing you to dedicate more energy to effective therapeutic interventions without the added complexities of high-risk cases.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active state license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy, specifically to young and adolescent populations.
• Strong willingness to engage in training programs focused on our unique evidence-based frameworks for care pathways.
• Proficient in technological tools, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems, facilitating seamless virtual sessions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and empathy in patient interaction.
• Professional demeanor, consistently maintaining neatness and warmth in all communications.
• Engagement skills that foster trust and rapport with patients and their families.

• 2 to 3 years of providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a telehealth format.
• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environments that focus on holistic care.
• A background in utilizing measurement-based care to track patient progress effectively.

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
