Calm Spring Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, with licensure in LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, to provide high-quality telehealth therapy services. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment. As a mental health therapist, you will operate in a dynamic telehealth setting, utilizing video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems to conduct your sessions. You will have the freedom to craft your own schedule, typically between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a work-life balance that accommodates your needs. Additionally, there is no on-call work requirement, promoting a healthy work routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring an understanding of their unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the clients' demographics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to create integrated care plans that enhance client outcomes through a holistic approach.
• Educate and support clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process, thereby enhancing the support network available to clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client records in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and legal adherence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is predominantly comprised of adolescents and young adults, providing an exciting and impactful opportunity for therapists who are passionate about working with these age groups. The clients you will work with have been meticulously screened, which means you will be focusing on individuals who are in a stable condition and require low-acuity interventions. This allows you to direct your efforts toward effective therapeutic interactions, fostering trust and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Advanced proficiency in using computers and navigating various technologies such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to present oneself in a neat and professional manner at all times, reflecting the values of Calm Spring Counseling Group.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions through telehealth methods.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic frameworks and a willingness to engage in further training related to our specific care pathways.
• Demonstrated empathetic engagement skills in establishing rapport with patients, fostering a safe environment for therapeutic exploration.
• Comfortable working independently from home with a reliable internet connection and a private space to ensure client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits
