We are seeking a dedicated and culturally aware Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifeline Therapy Clinic in Glendale, Arizona. Ideal candidates will hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This position is designed for a fully remote setting, allowing therapists the opportunity to work from their own environments while maintaining a significant presence within our outpatient office framework. Our clinic utilizes advanced telehealth technology to provide seamless communication with clients and team members, ensuring that high-quality mental health services are delivered effectively. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, therapists can enjoy some flexibility in their scheduling to best suit patient needs.

• Conduct thorough, culturally informed mental health assessments to effectively understand and document each patient's unique experiences and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are sensitive to individual cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients during acute episodes, ensuring their immediate safety and support.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, psychosocial resources, and effective coping strategies, fostering empowerment and resilience.
• Document all clinical interactions and progress notes accurately, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage actively in professional development opportunities, supervision, team meetings, and cultural competency training seminars to enhance clinical skills.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, therapeutic methods, and tools relevant to mental health practice.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a specific emphasis on culturally competent therapy.
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
• Strong crisis intervention abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations with poise.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various software applications relevant to mental health practice.
• A commitment to uphold professional standards including ethical guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• A collaborative mindset for working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in therapeutic settings, providing care to patients with varied mental health needs.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with community resources that can enhance the support provided to clients.

The annual salary range for this role is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
