• Provide high-quality counseling services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health needs.
• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans, carefully monitoring client progress and revising approaches as necessary.
• Utilize our EHR system for all documentation, treatment planning, and insurance compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate telehealth sessions with clients, maintaining a professional, supportive, and empathetic environment.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers in the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care and integrated support.
• Participate in case management and interprofessional meetings to discuss treatment approaches and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client trust during all interactions.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Your understanding and responsiveness to diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and cultural needs will be essential in building rapport and providing effective care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet and a web camera to conduct telehealth sessions.
• Willingness to adapt schedules as needed, including the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
