• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in one-on-one sessions and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups, fostering a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and address a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data protection.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals facing systemic barriers to mental health care. You will provide support to adolescents, adults, and families navigating various life challenges, including trauma, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. Your role is instrumental in empowering these clients to achieve improved well-being and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is preferred, particularly in a community health or clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding a range of cultural backgrounds is essential to providing effective care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
