Job description

Location: Remote - Open to candidates based in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or South Africa.

Sales Manager (B2C)About the Role

This isn't a "manage the team and send a weekly report" role.

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who has personally sold to consumers, understands what it takes to close high-intent leads, and knows how to coach a sales team in real time. You should be just as comfortable jumping into a call review as you are analyzing conversion metrics and identifying where customers are dropping off.

You'll lead our remote B2C Sales Representatives responsible for converting prospective patients into active LumiMeds members. You'll own team performance, optimize the sales process, improve conversion rates, and help build the playbooks that will scale the business.

If you need a fully developed process before you can succeed, this isn't the right opportunity.

What You'll Own
  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of B2C Sales Representatives through daily coaching, call reviews, and performance management.
  • Own inbound lead conversion and outbound follow-up strategies to maximize patient acquisition.
  • Analyze every stage of the customer journey-from lead assignment through enrollment-to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
  • Build and continuously refine sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, follow-up cadences, and coaching materials.
  • Establish clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor CRM hygiene, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact through enrollment.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve coaching, reporting, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
  • Team consistently achieves or exceeds conversion targets.
  • Inbound lead-to-patient conversion rate has improved.
  • Follow-up speed and lead response times have significantly improved.
  • Sales Representatives have clear KPIs, coaching plans, and performance accountability.
  • Standardized sales scripts, objection handling guides, and playbooks are documented and actively used.
  • Pipeline reporting is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
  • Outbound reactivation campaigns are generating measurable revenue.
  • The sales team operates with a high-performance, customer-first culture.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of B2C sales experience with at least 2+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven experience personally closing sales-not just managing others.
  • Strong track record improving conversion rates through coaching, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales environments.
  • Comfortable coaching consultative sales conversations and overcoming consumer objections.
  • Experience building or rebuilding sales processes from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Experience with telehealth, healthcare, healthtech, wellness, DTC, or subscription businesses is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to improve sales coaching, reporting, prospect engagement, or operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Excellent English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to individual and team performance.

This is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week). No employment benefits or employment contract are provided.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
