Location: Remote (Florida, Iowa, Missouri, or Texas only)
Compensation: Starting base salary of $55,000 + commission

Are you a Digital Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and owning your book from day one? AR15.com is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to drive advertising revenue while partnering with brands across the firearms and enthusiast markets.

This is not a plug-and-play sales role. Youโ€™ll build your book from scratch, engage new advertisers, and develop long-term partnerships that drive sustained growth. Youโ€™ll sell high-impact digital solutions including display ads, email marketing, and video sponsorships while helping brands connect with one of the most engaged audiences in the industry.

Youโ€™ll own the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing new business to managing and expanding your accounts over time. Success in this role means consistently driving revenue, building credibility in the market, and creating value for both your partners and AR15.com.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Prospect and close new advertising partners across firearms, accessories, and adjacent industries
  • Build and manage a high-performing pipeline
  • Develop customized advertising packages aligned to customer goals
  • Own and grow your book of business, driving renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Represent AR15.com at industry events including SHOT Show and NRA Annual Meeting


What You Bring

  • 3โ€“5+ years of success in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of the firearms or outdoor industry
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage relationships in a quota-driven environment
  • Experience or interest in digital advertising, media sales, or sponsorships
  • Self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a remote sales environment
