Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) - Remote

Additional Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Practical Functional assessments (PFAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (training provided)
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs
• Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (optional)
• Experience working with individuals with autism (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• NYS LBA (or eligibility)
