As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will perform a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively create treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations involving clients' mental health challenges.
• Develop behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and care, meeting rigorous regulatory standards for documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in your evaluations and treatment strategies, focusing on individualized client care.
