Job description

Broadridge is growing! Our Disclosure Solutions team is seeking a Capital Markets Client Service Associate to support capital markets clients during the overnight shift. In this role, you will serve as the primary client contact and project coordinator for complex financial document workflows, partnering with corporate issuers, legal teams, investment banking professionals and internal production teams to move projects from intake through proofing, revisions, EDGAR filing, print and delivery.
This role is Remote with a Overnight work schedule.
Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM ET, Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate issuers, legal counsel, investment banking teams and other capital markets clients.
  • Manage financial print and disclosure projects from initial request through final delivery, including composition, proofing, client revisions, EDGAR filing support, print, mail and electronic delivery.
  • Partner closely with internal composition, EDGAR, print production, digital delivery and quality control teams to help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Review client instructions, monitor project status, identify risks and proactively share updates, next steps and timing expectations.
  • Support SEC filing and transaction-related workflows, including prospectuses, registration statements, proxy materials, merger documents and other financial disclosures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating concerns when needed to help protect deadlines and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project notes, job details, client instructions, version history and status updates across internal systems, while upholding quality, confidentiality, security and compliance standards in a highly regulated financial services environment.
  • Balance competing priorities and urgent client requests while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail during overnight hours.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in client service, project coordination, financial services, legal services, printing, document production or a similar deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, multitasking and follow-through skills in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with complex, time-sensitive documents, along with sound judgment, composure and accountability when supporting urgent deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial printing, EDGAR filing, regulatory disclosure, capital markets, legal document production or transaction support
  • Familiarity with SEC forms and filings such as S-1, S-3, S-4, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and DEF 14A; and experience supporting corporate issuers, law firms, investment banks or other financial services clients, with comfort using workflow, job management, document management or production tracking systems.

This is a dedicated overnight remote role. Additional hours,days, and holiday coverage may be required based on deadlines and client needs.
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
