Remote Customer Service Representative
We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering financial products and services inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing exceptional support through inbound phone calls and email communication channels.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment while always keeping the customer's best interests in mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively and efficiently answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist clients with product and account inquiries, payment questions, and general service requests
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security procedures
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet daily performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction goals
