The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing team as a Remote Financial Services Consultant.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, educate them on sound financial principles, and develop personalized strategies to help them protect, grow, and preserve their wealth.

Whether you’re beginning a new career or looking for a profession with greater purpose and flexibility, we provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and a proven development program to help you succeed.

No prior financial services experience is required. We value integrity, coachability, and a genuine desire to help others.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible full-time and part-time career paths.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000


Responsibilities:
  • Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and help them create a plan for the future.

  • Present financial strategies and solutions that align with each client's unique needs and objectives.

  • Guide clients through the financial planning process with clear communication and personalized recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, high-quality service.

  • Monitor client progress and recommend adjustments as financial goals and life circumstances evolve.

  • Build new business through referrals, networking, educational events, and community involvement.

  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve client outcomes and professional skills.
