Location: UCHealth Leprino Building, Aurora, CO

Department: Process Improvement

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days 

Pay: 36.19 - 54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Facilitates organizational redesign implementation. Leads process improvement approaches to problem solving. Works closely with staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports client service lines in achieving strategic goals by leading cross-functional teams through operational improvement initiatives resulting in operating efficiencies.
  • Coordinates Rapid Improvement Events (RIE) and follow-up activities. Develops Lean strategies and ensures adherence to the system Performance Improvement standards and principles of Lean. Coordinates services with other departments.
  • Facilitates attainment of measurable outcomes. Conducts needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and sustainment of change.
  • Delivers presentations and reports. Leads cross-functional teams that will include physicians, clinical and administrative staff.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project management and Lean facilitation experience.
