Position Title: Diligence Auditor

Job Description:

The Diligence Auditor performs post-close, prefund and pre-purchase quality control reviews on conventional, government and non-conforming loan production in accordance with the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Housing and Urban Development, the Veterans Administration, the USDA, and private investors. The Diligence Auditor will also review re-verification documents received on loan files to ensure the information re-verified, aligns with the documentation in the loan file. Review of loan files for red flags indicating potential fraud or misrepresentation. Additionally, the Diligence Auditor will also examine loans for federal and state compliance.
