Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone comfortable working from home who can positively interact with damagers over the phone. We need a true team players who wants to make a meaningful contribution to their team and to our company.
The Insurance Filing Specialist is responsible for locating and reporting insurance information via claims analysis and interactions with damagers.
On a Typical Day, You'll
  • Take inbound calls for IFF and route caller to correct team member
  • Utilize Beyond to cross reference insurance information on repeat damagers
  • Enter/update insurance information into Beyond
  • Extensive phone usage to file claims
  • Determine appropriate claim codes to update Beyond
  • Assist supervisor and team members as requested

Bonus Structure
1st- 15th of the month
Level 1 $515K = $105
Level 2 $600K = $150
Level 3 $685K = $205
16th- End of the month
Level 1 $1.275M = $105
Level 2 $1.350M = $150
Level 3 $1.425M = $205
Requirements
  • Extensive phone skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience Guidelines:
