You will meet with clients in the field, build relationships in your community, and guide individuals and families through important insurance decisions. You set your schedule, you manage your activity, and you directly influence your income based on your performance.

What you will do as a Field Agent

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
  • Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate policies
