Job description

TechOp Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. These individuals will play a critical role supporting our client's operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.ย 

Recruiter Note: Remote position, but Candidate must reside within Orlando, FL or nearby cities.

Duties:ย 

  • Answer and track incoming callsย 
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systemsย 
  • Accurately record all details in accordance with proceduresย ย ย 
  • Conduct database and open-source researchย 
  • Route and escalate calls appropriatelyย 
  • Other duties, as assignedย 

Requirements

  • 3 +experience in a call centerย 
  • Associate's Degree (Preferred) ย high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting dataย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsย 
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.ย
