• Directly engage with clients both virtually and in the community, assessing their individual needs and delivering tailored clinical interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform care plans.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with San Ysidro Wellness Center, you will serve a diverse population facing various challenges related to mental health and substance use. The clients typically include individuals from underrepresented communities who may have limited access to mental health resources. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required; licensure as an LCSW is mandatory.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
