San Ysidro Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, serving clients from a school setting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually. As a core member of our clinical team, the LCSW will engage directly with clients facing significant emotional and mental health challenges, engaging in therapeutic interventions to foster recovery and resilience.

The LCSW role is fully remote but closely integrated with the educational institutions we partner with. In this role, you will:

• Engage with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in one-on-one and group settings.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and align treatment goals.
• Contribute to crisis interventions and management as needed, providing timely, effective responses to clients in need.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop integrated care plans, and coordinate services with various providers and family members.
• Maintain client files and documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with reporting timelines and standards.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to navigate their treatment journey.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure they remain relevant to client needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization, contributing insights that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

The clients served by the San Ysidro Wellness Center encompass a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, and families hailing from diverse cultural backgrounds. Many of our clients experience high levels of stress due to socio-economic challenges, community risks, and significant mental health issues. As an LCSW, you will work closely with this population to empower them through empathetic listening, tailored interventions, and proactive referrals to additional supportive services.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities, allowing for effective workload management, especially in a remote setting.
• Competency in understanding age-related behavioral health issues and adapting interventions to meet the diverse developmental needs of those we serve.

Preferred candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in behavioral health settings, with a focus on crisis management and therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies relevant to mental health care.
• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from varying backgrounds and exhibiting a commitment to serving underserved communities.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
