Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and supportive psychotherapies.
• Establish measurable goals and consistently monitor client progress through regular feedback and assessment strategies.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, making therapy accessible for clients who may have mobility issues or other challenges.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to meet ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and peer consultation, contributing to personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily involve working with adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients seek support in overcoming personal obstacles and enhancing their quality of life, and our therapists play a crucial role in their journey towards healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a therapeutic connection with clients.
• Strong empathy and compassion, embodying a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

While recent graduates will be considered, we prefer candidates with experience in various therapeutic modalities and those who have worked with diverse populations. Experience in providing teletherapy is an added advantage, given our commitment to accessible mental health care.
