Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and personal needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals and mental health challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches to support clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• Possess a valid and current license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and compassion when interacting with clients.
• Exhibit robust organizational and time-management skills essential for managing a diverse caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in community health or similar settings.
• Previous experience conducting teletherapy sessions is highly desirable.
• A background in crisis intervention and management of clients with varying mental health conditions is an advantage.
