What You'll Do

As a Product Transformation Coach focused on transformative change, your role is to partner with senior leaders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve how they solve complex problems in ways that benefit customers and deliver business outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor across a broad portfolio, helping leaders strengthen judgment, accountability, and decision quality in product, delivery, and technology environments.ย 

Your work will influence not only how teamsย operate, but how leaders think about outcomes, value, and continuous improvement.ย 

Your day could look like this:

  • Coach senior leaders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams on leadership behaviors, accountability, and decision-making aligned to healthy product, delivery, and organizational agility.ย 
  • Serve as the primary or lead coach for a portfolio of teams, products, or value streams.ย 
  • Guide leaders and teams in applying agile, lean, product, and systems-thinking practices that are fit for purpose and cohesive across the value chain.ย 
  • Partner with leaders to translate strategy into outcome-drivenย objectives, learning agendas, and execution plans.ย 
  • Design and deliver learning experiences, artifacts, and enablement materials that help leaders and teams apply new ways of working in real, in-flight work.ย 
  • Use data and qualitative signals to assess progress, surface constraints, and guide continuous improvement.ย

  • 10+ years in agile, product, design setting
  • 3+ years of product coaching experience
  • 3+ years of team / team of team coaching experience
  • 1+ yearsโ€™ portfolio level coaching experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformative changes across multiple teams or portfolios in a hybrid business and technology organization
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and senior individual contributors as a trusted advisor
  • Strong grounding in product management, delivery management, engineering, or design, with the ability to coach across domains

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$127000 - $171000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
