Remote Experiential Marketing information

What is remote experiential marketing?

Remote experiential marketing is a strategy that creates immersive and interactive brand experiences for consumers, but it is delivered virtually rather than in-person. This can include live-streamed events, virtual reality activations, interactive webinars, and digital brand experiences that engage audiences remotely. The goal is to foster emotional connections with a brand through memorable digital experiences, overcoming the limitations of physical distance. This approach has become increasingly popular due to advances in technology and shifts toward remote engagement.

How does a remote experiential marketing professional effectively collaborate with on-site teams to execute campaigns?

Remote experiential marketing professionals often use digital communication tools to stay closely connected with on-site teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and logistics. They typically coordinate through regular video calls, project management platforms, and real-time messaging to provide direction, troubleshoot issues, and monitor event progress. This role requires strong organizational skills and proactive communication to anticipate challenges and maintain seamless execution, even from a distance. Building trusting relationships with on-site partners is also essential for timely feedback and successful campaign delivery.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote experiential marketing professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Experiential Marketing professional, you need expertise in event planning, brand engagement strategies, and digital marketing, often supported by a degree in marketing or communications. Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is essential for executing and measuring campaigns. Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills set top performers apart in developing memorable brand experiences remotely. These competencies are crucial for designing impactful virtual events that drive audience engagement and reinforce brand loyalty in a digital landscape.

Job description

About Fello:
Fello is a profitable, hyper-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS company building the agentic real estate platform of the future.
Our platform combines data intelligence, marketing automation, and conversational AI to help real estate teams engage smarter and scale faster. At the center of it is Felix, our AI teammate, which takes real work off a team's plate - running follow-up across calls, texts, and emails today, with more of the team's day-to-day work coming next.
We're not another tool in the stack. We're the system that powers it - learning, adapting, and executing in real time so teams can focus on growth, not guesswork.
If you're excited about building an AI product that's changing how an entire industry works, you'll fit right in.
About You:
You are a strategic, hands-on experiential marketer with a track record of turning great events into meaningful business outcomes.
You'll own Fello's highest-impact in-person experiences-from FelloCon, our flagship customer conference, to Tier 1 conferences, executive masterminds, and regional events. You'll define where we show up, how we stand out, and how every experience strengthens our brand, deepens customer relationships, and drives pipeline.
You thrive in fast-growing SaaS companies, think beyond logistics, and know how to create experiences people want to attend. You're equally comfortable developing strategy, influencing executives, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver exceptional events.
This role is focused on building and scaling Fello's in-person event strategy. Ownership of digital events, including webinars, remains with our existing Events Manager.
You Will:
Field Event Strategy
  • Own Fello's strategy and annual calendar for Tier 1 conferences, flagship events, executive masterminds, and regional experiences.
  • Prioritize event investments based on business impact, audience fit, and ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to maximize event performance.
  • Partner closely with our Events Manager to ensure a seamless strategy across in-person and digital event programs, while digital events such as webinars remain under their ownership.

FelloCon & Company Events
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of FelloCon, Fello's flagship customer conference.
  • Build compelling attendee experiences, programming, speakers, sponsorships, and content.
  • Develop a multi-year vision that establishes FelloCon as a must-attend industry event.
  • Continuously improve company-hosted events based on attendee feedback and business outcomes.

Tier 1 Conferences & Executive Experiences
  • Own Fello's presence at our highest-priority conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.
  • Design differentiated onsite experiences, executive meetings, customer activations, and speaking opportunities.
  • Build integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure every event contributes to measurable pipeline, customer growth, or strategic partnerships.

Executive Masterminds & Local Events
  • Build executive masterminds, regional events, and customer roundtables.
  • Curate attendee lists and create meaningful peer-to-peer experiences.
  • Partner with executives, customers, and industry leaders to develop compelling programming.
  • Create repeatable event models that can scale across priority markets.

Execution, Operations, & Performance
  • Own budgets, timelines, vendors, and flawless event execution.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks that support future growth.
  • Measure success through pipeline, revenue, ROI, and attendee engagement.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve event performance.

This role is highly hands-on and requires comfort moving between strategy, content, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
You Have:
  • 6-9 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing
  • Proven experience building and scaling event programs in a growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing company-hosted events and conferences
  • A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through events, including pipeline, revenue, customer growth, or brand impact.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A strategic mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.
  • Leveraging AI to improve planning, execution, analysis, and productivity

Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B PropTech industries, Real Estate, or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern event technology and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.

Our Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Fully remote work with flexible hours to promote work-life balance.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holidays to recharge and relax.
  • Collaborative Culture: A supportive team environment that values innovation and collaboration.
  • Equity Options: Opportunity to own a part of Fello and share in our success.
  • Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on innovative products that leverage AI and advanced technologies.
