This role will manage end-to-end execution of corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, executive meetings, incentive programs, and brand activations while ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated experiential marketing programs that support First American's corporate brand and business divisions, including customer events, trade shows, sponsorships, executive meetings, incentive programs, and brand activations.
  • Own end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, production partners, agencies, and event vendors to maximize quality, service, and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliation while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product, and business leaders to develop experiential strategies that support organizational objectives and pipeline growth.
  • Manage event timelines, project plans, and cross-functional workback schedules to ensure flawless execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and report event performance using key metrics including attendee engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, satisfaction scores, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new event technologies, creative concepts, and innovative attendee engagement strategies that elevate the First American brand.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all experiential touchpoints while maintaining a premium customer experience.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting best practices, optimizing processes, and developing scalable event planning standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, corporate events, or integrated marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex events simultaneously from concept through execution.
  • Proven experience sourcing and negotiating with venues, agencies, production companies, and vendors.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, contract review, and event reconciliation.
  • Dedicated experience owning business outcomes for Marketing and demonstrated success in driving initiatives that achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and comfort working within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Experience utilizing event management platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range: $97,700.00 - $130,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
