Your Role:

As part of the inside sales team, you’ll be on the front lines of B2B customer engagement, focused on new customer acquisition and revitalizing accounts. With your excellent communication skills and proactive approach, you’ll turn warm leads into relationships while ensuring our existing customers feel valued and engaged. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize customer accounts for outreach using industry-leading AI engagement tool to successfully grow business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for new customer acquisition, account reactivation, and churn reduction.
  • Conduct outbound calls to effectively re-engage customers, problem solve and identify their needs.
  • Proactively reach out to at-risk existing customers to gather feedback and address any concerns before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with the customer care and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales management team on progress toward goals and key insights from customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience preferred but not required due to our industry-leading AI technology that helps accelerate new employee onboarding.
  • Strong ability to conduct outbound calls and engage effectively with B2B customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
