• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their treatment.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, using appropriate interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience conducting therapy within a mental health setting, ideally familiar with both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and their application in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to document sessions and collaborate with team members.

• A commitment to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
