Springwells of Hope Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Counselors to fill full-time remote positions. As a key member of our outpatient psychiatric team, you will utilize your skills and training to deliver high-quality mental health care through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for our diverse patient base. We specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our dedicated team utilizes evidence-based interventions and emphasizes personalized treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

As a telehealth provider, our work environment supports flexible scheduling while maintaining essential services for our patients. You will conduct sessions remotely using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards. The typical work schedule operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. This setup promotes a work-life balance while ensuring that you can provide critical support to those in need.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual client needs, integrating clinical interviews with standardized assessment tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s specific challenges and goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster a sense of community among patients grappling with similar challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s care.
• Offer crisis intervention services and be prepared to support patients during acute mental health emergencies via structured action plans.
• Educate patients regarding mental health issues, their treatment options, and the resources available in their local communities.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through active participation in case consultations and team discussions.
• Stay abreast of the latest clinical developments and research in the field of mental health therapy.

You will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals from different age groups, backgrounds, and life experiences. Your clinical interventions will address an array of mental health challenges, enhancing your ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, effectively communicating with clients of all demographics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to ethical practice and clinical judgment, adhering strictly to professional boundaries.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Experience with specific populations, including children, adolescents, and those coping with substance use issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or psychoeducational initiatives.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
