• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to identify the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops addressing key topics such as stress management, coping skills, and personal development.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community outreach programs, to deliver integrated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and preventive care, including wellness events and educational workshops.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.

The center serves a varied patient population, including individuals facing acute mental health crises, chronic mental health issues, and those seeking personal growth and wellness. • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, though a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in understanding the unique mental health issues faced by patients in a counseling center environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective engagement with patients and collaboration within a diverse healthcare team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy modalities suited to the counseling center setting.

• Experience in providing therapy in a hospital or outpatient setting is highly desired, although not mandatory.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload, applying effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet patient needs efficiently.
