Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
  • Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrable experience providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings, focusing specifically on clients with mental health and mood disorders.
  • Skills in utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies and a solid foundation in counseling principles.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000–140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
