Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and screenings via telehealth platforms to identify the unique needs of each patient and devise personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions, utilizing teletherapy methods to assist patients in navigating mental health crises or ongoing challenges.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops that focus on skill development, emotional resilience, and personal insights, enhancing patient engagement and interaction.
• Collaborate with telehealth teams, including medical practitioners and patient support coordinators, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, including virtual wellness events and educational workshops, aimed at raising mental health awareness.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of patient interactions and sessions, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage patients and foster collaborative relationships with healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
