• Perform thorough mental health assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based tools to create individualized treatment plans.
• Offer short-term individual counseling and critical intervention services to patients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, workshops, and educational events that promote patient well-being and growth, focusing on coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to develop comprehensive care strategies for each patient.
• Engage actively in outreach efforts like mental health campaigns and community wellness workshops, enhancing awareness and access to mental health resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.
• Proven ability to empathize with and understand the complex challenges facing diverse patient populations, especially those in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multifaceted healthcare team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models appropriate to outpatient counseling settings.
• Capacity to manage a fast-paced environment, handling a diverse caseload while prioritizing patient needs and organizational goals.

• Experience working in hospital or outpatient settings, preferably with a focus on diverse populations.
• Demonstrated success in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or prevention initiatives related to mental health.

• Annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
