• Conduct thorough initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations, identifying clients’ emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with therapeutic goals.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, attending to individual, couple, and family dynamics.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting interventions and approaches as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation in line with California law and organizational standards, including timely updates to client records.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans for clients facing acute challenges.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attendance at training and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and complex family dynamics. You will serve adolescents, adults, and families, allowing you to make a significant impact on client lives, guiding them toward healing and improvement. • An active and unrestricted LMFT license issued in California.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community mental health setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing DSM-5 guidelines and an appreciation for trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clinical observations and treatment plans effectively.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems or willingness to learn; experience with diverse EHR platforms is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
