Job description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingรผes (espaรฑol/inglรฉs) en California

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across California. This is a remote role open to ASW, APC, and AMFT license holders, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

Our partner school districts across California serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent bilingual care is significant. If you speak Spanish and are passionate about serving Latino youth โ€” this role was built for you.

What Makes This Different

  • Free supervision โ€” no cost to you when caseload requirements are met, with a Daybreak-assigned supervisor
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows โ€” your time is always compensated
  • $45โ€“55/hr โ€” one of the most competitive rates for associate-level telehealth in California
  • Fully remote โ€” work from anywhere in California
  • Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin โ€” we handle everything
  • 90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician

A Note on Where You Are in Your Career

This role is best suited for clinicians who are actively accruing hours toward full licensure. If you've already completed your required hours, this may not be the right fit โ€” but we'd still encourage you to reach out as our needs evolve.

What Our Clinicians Are Saying

"As we learn, we're teaching each other. A lot of the interventions that I've used are things I've learned from other clinicians. I really love the clinical collaboration."

"I absolutely love working with my young clients. They are so real, honest, and...hilarious! They're the ones inspiring me!"

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to Kโ€“12 students in California school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need

  • Active ASW, APC, or AMFT license in California (required โ€” we are only able to hire these three license types at this time)
  • Spanish/English bilingual fluency (strongly preferred โ€” bilingual applicants will be prioritized)
  • Currently accruing hours toward full licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Monโ€“Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$45โ€”$55 USD
