Job description

Broker Support Specialist:
Remote | $23–$27/hour DOE

About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering great customer service? We're looking for a TPO Support Specialist to join our team, playing a key role in processing wholesale broker applications and annual recertifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, team-oriented department.

What You'll Do:

  • Process new wholesale broker packages in line with company policies, including due diligence such as background checks, licensure verification, review of organizational structure, and financial documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for brokers throughout the application process, guiding them through documentation requirements
  • Build and maintain broker profiles in the LOS for principals, loan originators, and processors
  • Monitor the team inbox and respond promptly to requests from sales staff and brokers
  • Support Account Executives with broker status updates and questions
  • Manage the annual recertification process
