  • Assist clients virtually with enrolling in life insurance and supplemental benefit programs.
  • Explain available coverage options and answer customer questions with professionalism.
  • Conduct appointments via Zoom or phone with individuals who have requested information.
  • Verify customer information and accurately complete enrollment applications.
  • Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Follow all company guidelines, compliance standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Attend virtual training sessions, coaching meetings, and team development events.
  • Meet individual performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
