This remote role is designed to accommodate the demands of modern mental health delivery through telehealth. Working from home means benefiting from a flexible schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend appointments, ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse client population. Our virtual platform enables seamless communication and interaction with clients, enhancing the overall therapy experience.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of clients through virtual sessions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices to achieve client-specific goals.
• Provide counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing appropriate interventions tailored to client circumstances.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that meets client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, preserving client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
