• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and personal circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions that engage clients in meaningful dialogue.
• Regularly monitor client progress through assessments and evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as required to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Our clients primarily consist of individuals seeking assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As a licensed therapist, you will engage with a diverse client base, developing approaches that are culturally sensitive and catered to the unique circumstances of each individual.

• An accredited Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities coupled with robust communication and interpersonal skills.
