This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a remote setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred space. Operating within a community health clinic model, our organization integrates telehealth technology with holistic treatment practices. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a predictable schedule while promoting work-life balance.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status, employing EMR-integrated tools to document findings accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress, regularly updating them as necessary to adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups to achieve optimal therapeutic results.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Current and active LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on CBT approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy and respect for diverse client populations and backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to enhance clinical practice and patient engagement.

• Two or more years of experience specifically utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting teletherapy sessions and navigating related technologies effectively.
• Experience working in community health or telehealth settings is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
