• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, guiding clients to identify their challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
• Administer treatment programs tailored to promote symptom management for mental health issues, trauma responses, or dual diagnoses.
• Utilize our HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct telehealth sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for your patients.
• Focus on holistic care by collaborating closely with other professionals within our network, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s well-being are addressed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress in our cloud-based EHR system to support treatment effectiveness and insurance compliance.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients, providing follow-up support and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis conditions. • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is required, demonstrating your ability to provide comprehensive care.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and electronic health record management.
• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with high-speed internet and a webcam for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to work independently, maintaining accountability in a remote work setting.
• Willingness to adapt your schedule to accommodate some evening and weekend sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
