• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and support systems.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that establish measurable goals and effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community and connection among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety planning when needed to ensure client well-being.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with ethical, regulatory, and legal standards to support continuity of care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
