Hopeful Journey LLC is a well-established mental health counseling center located in Aurora, Colorado. This remote role enables you to enjoy a flexible work schedule while maintaining a professional standard of care through telehealth services. Our organization invests in modern telecommunication tools, ensuring that counselors can connect effectively with clients regardless of physical location. While the core work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, there might be occasional requirements for evening or weekend sessions to accommodate the therapeutic needs of our clients.

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment strategies.
• Formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using established therapeutic techniques tailored to a diverse clientele.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client privacy without compromise.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to continually enhance your professional skills and remain engaged with best practices in mental health treatment.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record of effectively conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to mental health treatment models.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Commitment to ethical practices and an unwavering dedication to maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with digital therapy platforms is a plus.
• Experience working specifically with addiction recovery and trauma-informed care will be beneficial.
