Compensation: Starting at $100k++ plus annual incentive bonus

At Bureau Veritas, we're helping shape the future of infrastructure, mobility, and electrification across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - EV Charging Infrastructure to lead the delivery of complex electric vehicle charging projects from early-stage feasibility through commissioning and operational turnover.

This is not a desk-only PM role. We're looking for professionals who understand the real-world execution of public-facing DC fast charging infrastructure - the permitting headaches, utility coordination delays, site constraints, construction sequencing, budget ownership, and the million moving parts that stand between a concept and energized chargers in the field.

The ideal candidate has direct experience managing public DC fast charging site development and construction, can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects, including:
  • Site feasibility
  • Due diligence
  • Utility coordination
  • Entitlement and permitting
  • Design management
  • Procurement and bidding
  • Construction execution
  • Commissioning and turnover
  • Manage public DC fast charging projects with accountability for:
  • Budgets
  • Schedules
  • Risk mitigation
  • Vendor performance
  • Client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with utilities, municipalities, AHJs, landlords, developers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Oversee multiple projects across various geographic regions simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, communication, and execution standards.
  • Navigate complex regulatory, technical, and logistical requirements associated with EV charging deployments and energy infrastructure projects.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, site plans, utility requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Manage contract administration, change orders, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, status reports, and risk assessments for clients and leadership teams.
  • Drive accountability among project stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help standardize best practices across EV infrastructure programs.
  • Travel extensively to active project sites throughout the U.S.

What We're Looking For:
