Hey Contact Heroes Remote Opportunity

The hey contact heroes team is starting a new, larger project for a well-known mobile brand in the prepaid customer service sector. This is an inbound service.

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers within the EU, residing outside of Germany, to support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to work as a freelancer remotely, you are in the right place.

What You Will Do

What you can expect:

  • Handling inbound calls about prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries
  • Professional project environment with fixed contact persons
  • Flexible working hours within the project, you decide when you work
  • Remuneration per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
  • 100% remote - work from your location within the EU (except Germany)
Qualification

1. Legal & Formal Prerequisites:

  • Self-employment/freelancer status in the respective country of residence
  • Residence outside of Germany
  • Ability to issue proper invoices according to the legal requirements of your country to international clients (us)
  • Fulfillment of tax obligations in your home country

2. Professional & Personal Requirements:

  • German language skills at C1/C2 level
  • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Independent and organized working style
  • Long-term interest in project participation

3. Technical Prerequisites:

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s)
  • Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
  • Quiet, undisturbed workspace in the home office (no access for third parties)
  • Secure handling of web-based tools
