Full-time - Commission Only; 1099 Contracted Employee

Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is an exciting business to build a lifetime career. As a Commercial Real Estate advisor you are helping build businesses, communities, and high levels of income.

The career starts with hard work, aggressive sales effort, and time invested in becoming successful. Advisors can earn 6 figures after 12-18 months of sales activity. You're writing your own paychecks and your pay is tied directly to your time, effort, and skill. Be prepared to spend your early months earning very little while learning the role. Requirements:

• Active Georgia Real Estate License or working toward license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Preferred proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, etc)

Our training and mentoring programs leverage a combination of online training, live training events, and local training, as well as one-on-one and small-group mentoring and coaching to help you build your career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (commission only)
