Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to join our client and support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows. This role is critical as we install Willow Outpatient for multiple hospitals, including two Community Connect projects and one acquisition later this summer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Willow Ambulatory installs and a strong understanding of outpatient pharmacy workflows.

Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration for new implementations.

Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful installs and workflow optimization.

Manage requests for existing Willow Ambulatory work and enhancements.

Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-live support.

Provide subject matter expertise for outpatient pharmacy processes within Epic.

Assist with specialty pharmacy workflows and Compass Rose (preferred but not required).

Inventory management experience is a plus but not a primary requirement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
